How does artwork collection work?  

The purchaser is wholly responsible for collection of purchased artwork from the National Art School, we will not arrange transport/delivery. 

When can I collect my artwork?  

Artworks will be available for collection from Wednesday 20th November - Saturday 30th November 2024 

If you require access outside of the allocated collection period please email: ashton.biddulph@nas.edu.au 

Where do I collect my artwork from?  

Your artwork will be stored in one of the National Art School’s secure storage facilities. When you arrive to collect, please visit security at either the Forbes or Burton Street entrance, where a member of our security team will direct you to your collection point. Please bring a form of photo ID to verify your identity. If you are having someone collect on your behalf, please have them bring a printout of your sales receipt. 

Can I have my artwork delivered?  

Unfortunately, the National Art School is not able to deliver artwork. All artwork must be collected from the National Art School.  

What if I am unable to collect my artwork during the allocated collection period?  

If you require access outside of the allocated collection period please email: ashton.biddulph@nas.edu.au 

Artworks that remain uncollected 3 months after the sale date will be disposed of at the National Art School's discretion.
