Swan diving into the abyss of masculine roleplay, my work integrates two forms of fantasy: the enchanting narratives found in fairytales, fables, and mythologies, and the gender roleplay fantasy perpetuated by mass culture and the internet.

My artworks explore these themes through a vice press of 3D printing, digital imagery, wood carving, metal work, and pot plants.
These fantasies and the symbolic and cultural spheres that facilitate them are important phenomena in the study of contemporary masculinity and its discontents. Through combining differing visual elements together, I aim to foster a dialogue about the challenges faced by young Australian men, promoting reflection and connection around mental health in a space that often lacks open conversation.
